1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Sweets, Salty Snacks And Juices For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław - Second Procedure.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined With The Following Codes: Cpv 15800000-6 Various Food Products; Cpv 15842000-2 Chocolate And Confectionery; Cpv 15842100-3 Chocolate; Cpv 15842300-5 Confectionery; Cpv 15821200-1 Sweet Biscuits; Cpv 15321000-4 Fruit Juices; Cpv 15812000-3 Pastry And Cakes; Cpv 15820000-2 Rusks And Biscuits; Bakery And Pastry Products With Extended Shelf Life; Cpv 15812100-4 Pastry Products; Cpv 15842200-4 Chocolate Products; Cpv 15894400-5 Snacks.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Efforts To The Food Warehouse Located In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław. 4. Required Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty Conditions For The Delivered Subject Of The Order - Were Specified In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation And In The Draft Agreement.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.7. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.8. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Division Of This Contract Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Pzp.10 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Pzp.11 Act. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Than The Quantities Specified In The Price Calculation For Individual Items; 2) Resign From Some Of The Items Indicated In The Price Calculation, However, Any Reduction In The Quantity Of Goods Cannot Be Greater Than 50% In Relation To The Value Of The Remuneration.
