The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Set Of Lighting Fixtures With Assembly And Configuration As Well As A Local Control System With Its Integration Supporting The Temporary Exhibition At The Polin Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Maintain, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Agreement, Including The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order And The Entire Period Of The Guarantee Granted For The Subject Of The Agreement, Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For Business Activities Covering The Scope Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 400,000 (In Words: Four Hundred Thousand Zlotys) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. The Insurance Will Cover The Contractors Liability For Damages Arising In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, In Particular Damages: Personal And Property Damage Caused To The Ordering Party Or Third Parties; Arising In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, Including In Particular At Least One Of The Following: Delivery, Transport, Bringing, Assembly, Configuration, Commissioning, Integration, Servicing Or Removal Of Defects Of The Subject Of The Agreement; Arising As A Result Of Faulty Performance Of Activities Assembly, Installation, Configuration Or Integration; Created On The Ordering Partys Property, In Particular In The Museum Building, Technical Infrastructure, Installations, Equipment, Exhibition Elements, Devices And Systems Operating In The Museum; Created During The Performance Of Work At Heights, Including The Use Of Scaffolding, Mobile Platforms, Lifts Or Other Technical Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement; Disclosed Or Created During The Period Of Validity Of The Warranty For The Subject Of The Agreement In In Connection With Defects Of The Subject Of The Agreement Or Activities Performed By The Contractor Under Warranty Obligations.
