The Subject Of The Order Is Investor Supervision Over The Modernization Of Heat And Electricity Sources As Well As Ventilation And Technological Installations In The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Żoliborz District At Ul. Potocka 1 In Warsaw Scope Of Investor Supervision As Part Of Supervision, Inspection And Acceptance, The Contractors Obligations Will In Particular Include: 1) Performing Activities Related To Representing The Ordering Party, Including Providing Supervision Inspectors Investor In The Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Industries.2) Assessing The Correctness Of The Design Documentation And All Documents Submitted As Part Of The Execution Of The Order By The Design And Build Contractor, 3) Enforcing The Design And Build Contractors Obligations Arising From The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, Including Security, Construction Insurance, Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Access Roads And Order In The Vicinity Of The Construction Site And In The Construction Facilities, 4) Coordinating The Works Carried Out And Ongoing Control Of The Compliance Of The Execution Works In All Industries, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Applicable Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Professional Experience And The Decisions Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Fire Safety Regulations. 5) Submitting To The Ordering Party Reports On Activities Including Supervision Of Works And Investment Implementation Along With Photographic Documentation, I.E.: Monthly Report (Within 3 Business Days After The End Of Each Calendar Month), Final Report. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Specifies The Functional And Utility Program And All Answers To Questions To The Swz And The Ordering Partys Modifications In The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor For The Works For The Above-Mentioned.
