Tenders are invited for Building 14 Consultancy and Supervision Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: Building 14, formerly occupied by the School of Engineering of the University of Bahrain, has been handed over to Bahrain Polytechnic. The building is aged and requires renovation and modernization while maintaining its existing educational and engineering-related functions. The Consultant shall undertake site surveys, condition assessments, and engineering evaluations of the existing facility. Based on the findings, the Consultant shall prepare complete design and tender documentation covering all relevant disciplines, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ICT systems, to facilitate the procurement of a construction contractor. The Consultant shall also provide Quantity Surveying and Construction Supervision services during the implementation phase until project completion.
