Prequalifications are invited for Procurement of Motor Vehicles Date Added: July 13, 2026 Deadline: 27/07/2026 Category: Supply of Vehicles, Rehabilitation/Renovation 3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT Prospective Contractors shall possess the following under listed documents, and without which the Company shall be automatically disqualified. a. Evidence of Certificate (CAC) Including forms CAC2 and CAC7 (or CAC 1.1); of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission b. Evidence of Companys Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025) expiring on 31st December, 2026. c. Companys Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, 2025); d. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate expiring on 31st December, 2026; e. Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; f. Evidence of Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2026; g. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring 31st December, 2026 or valid Certificate issued by the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP); h. Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committee of Customary Court of Appeal, Abuja or Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidding process and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; i. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed; j. Companys staff resume and evidence of their technical capability with a list of at least five (5) staffers registered with professional qualification, namely Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Civil Engineers under COREN, QSB RN, ARCON, CORBON; k. Evidence of at least three (3) similar projects executed (as Contractor), in the last five (5) years, including Letter of Engagement, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the Project; l. Lot 1: Evidence of Companys Inclusion in the Data Base of National Automotive Design and Development Council approved list of local Manufacturers of Motor Vehicle or Dealership Authorisation from a Company in NADDCs Data Base; m. Lot 2: Evidence of Firms registration with the relevant professional body(ies); n. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Companys/Firms letterhead paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); Contact Address, Telephone (preferably GSM number) and e-mail address. The Letterhead paper must bear the names and nationalities of the directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm. 4.0 SUBMISSION OF PRE QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Interested firms are to submit two (2) properly bound copies of Pre-qualification documents, separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to: The Secretary, Court Tenders Board, Customary Court of Appeal No 36. P.O.W Mafemi Crescent, Utako District, Abuja and clearly marked with (the name of the Project and the Lot numbers). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 27th July, 2026. 5.0 OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Pre-qualification documents will be opened at 12:00 noon on Monday 27th July, 2026 at the Conference Hall, Customary Court of Appeal, Head Quarters, Utako District, Abuja. 6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder; b. Bids submitted after the deadline would be returned unopened; c. All costs will be borne by the bidders; d. Only shortlisted firms/pre-qualified bidders will be contacted at a later date for collection of Request for Proposals/Tender documents. e. The Customary Court of Appeal, Abuja is not bound to shortlist/qualify any bidder, and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
