Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Design Review and Supervision of the Construction of Social Inclusive Infrastructure Tender No.368 E of 2025/202 . The objective of this assignment is to provide design review and supervise, manage, and monitor the execution of the construction of social inclusive infrastructure contracts 3. The Consultancy services include but are not restricted to the following: (i) Preliminary Services: Design review; (ii) Management of the construction works in accordance with the terms of the contract, specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents; (iii) Monitoring the performance of all contractors, and ensure adherence to the Construction Schedules / Programmes; (iv) Effective monitoring and controlling project cost and time schedules for the construction contracts; (v) Quality control of all works performed and materials used; (vi) Verification of measurements and issuance of interim payment certificates; (vii) Provision of As-built Drawings to the Executing Agency at the completion of the works; (viii)Analysis of Claims submitted by the Contractor; (ix) Effective monitoring of the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan Tender Link : https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement
