Expression of Interest for Senior Consultant Roster - Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), Evaluation & Research Specialists. Closing Date: 31 Jul 2026 Type: Consultancy Trust Consultancy & Development (TCD) is seeking multiple experienced Senior Consultants to join its roster of experts to support the delivery of Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), evaluations, and assessments across humanitarian and development programmes. Selected consultants will be included in TCDs consultant roster and may be considered for future short-term consultancy opportunities based on their technical expertise, geographical experience, availability, and the requirements of specific assignments.
