This Order Is A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of Flow Meters In The Context Of Operational Flow Measurement At The Hydrological Information Center Of The Hydraulic Engineering Laboratory. Flow Rates Are Continuously Measured At More Than 40 Locations With H-Adcp Devices That Display The Average Flow Rate In Various Cells Every 10 Seconds. These Average Flow Rates, Together With The Measured Water Level, Are Processed Into Flow Rates That Are Adjusted Via Regular Flow Calibrations To The Best Available Flow Rates For The Relevant Stations Every 5 To 15. Because The Knowledge And Quality Of These Flows Are Very Important For Daily Water Management, We As A Metering Service Must Try To Reduce Failures To A Minimum And Keep The Quality As High As Possible. In The Event Of A Device Failure, We Must Be Able To Install And Recalibrate An Alternative Equivalent Device Within A Few Days. To This End, We Need To Have A Limited Stock Of Flow Measuring Devices And Accessories And We Wish To Standardize This.
