Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of A Financial Instrument Microfinancing For Starting A Business And Employment With The Possibility Of Combination With Bfp In A Single Operation, Financed With Funds Under The Program Development Of Human Resources 2021-2027

The Purpose Of The Current Public Procurement Procedure Is To Select Financial Intermediaries For The Implementation Of The Financial Instrument Micro-Financing For Starting A Business And Employment With The Possibility Of Combination With Bfp In A Single Operation, Financed With Funds Under The Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027 (Hrdp). The Financial Instrument Is Structured In The Form Of Financing With Risk Sharing, In Which The Risk Of Loss Of The Financial Intermediaries Is Shared Proportionally And Up To The Amount Of The Principal Due, Secured With Funds Under The Program In The Relevant Contract With Final Recipients. The Financial Instrument Will Be Implemented In Combination With A Grant In A Single Operation. The Funds For The Loan Financing And The Grant Financial Assistance Combined In A Single Fi Operation Are Provided By The Human Resources Development Program 2021-2027. The Public Resource For The Financial Instrument, Including In Combination With The Bfp In A Single Operation, Is Aimed At Supporting Targeted Final Recipients In Order To Contribute To The Achievement Of The Specific Objectives Under Priority 1 Promoting Employment And Skills Development And Priority 3 Promoting Youth Employment Under The Prdp 2021-2027. The Financial Instrument Under The Program Aims To Provide Easier Access To Financing Under Reduced Conditions Aimed At Measures To Promote Entrepreneurship, Including Social Entrepreneurship And Youth Entrepreneurship And Ensuring Sustainable Employment, Especially For Persons From Vulnerable Groups On The Labor Market.
