The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is From Its Award Until 19.02.2027, With Periodic Deliveries Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Term Is At The Offer Of The Participant In Hours Not Longer Than 24 Hours From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. The Procedure Covers 12 Separate Positions. Offers Can Be Submitted: - For The Whole Procedure - For One Or More Specific Positions The Participant Submits Only One Offer, According To The Conditions Specified In The Participation Documentation. The Offered Medicinal Products Should Meet The Parameters Laid Down In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. The Participants Should Declare That They Have A Valid Authorization For The Use Of The Medicinal Product, Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Medical Product Regulation Or In Accordance With Regulation /Ec/ No. 726/2004, With An Approved Brief Description Of The Offered Product. In The Event That The Participants Are In A Procedure For Renewing The Authorization For Use Or When The Authorization For Use Expires During The Contract, The Participants Should Declare In Accordance With Article 55, Paragraph 6 Of The Zlphm, That The Quantities Of The Medicinal Product Are Available. ​​​​​​​
