The Purpose Of This Order Is To Carry Out Emergency Restoration Activities After The Established Destabilization Processes At The Air Slope Of The Dam Wall. The Geodynamic Process Is A Consequence Of The Heavy Rainfall That Fell In The Catchment Area Of ​​The Dam, The Concentration Of Atmospheric Water At The Crown Of The Dam Wall, Which Led To Water Saturation Of The Body Of The Wall And The Yielding Of A Part Of Additional Bulk Materials For Widening The Crown And Tightening The Wall. At The Present Moment, The Active Processes Have Damping Functions, But Future Periods Of Abundant Water May Lead To A Complete Compromise Of A Part Of The Crown, An Overflow Of Water From The Dam Lake, Which For The Earthen Embankment Walls Is Also Associated With A Complete Destruction Of The Structure. The Main Objectives Of This Public Procurement Include The Following Activities: Activity 1 Preparation Of A Technical Project For The Required Project Parts; Activity 2 Implementation Of The Foreseen And Agreed Smp; Activity 3 Perform Author Supervision During Construction.
