The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Periodic Control, Ongoing Maintenance And Emergency Repairs Of Playgrounds And Sports On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Haskovo In The Event Of An Irregularity Being Detected During The Exercise Of The Control Or Upon A Signal. Carrying Out Emergency And Current Repairs, Placing Products In Playgrounds (Play Facilities, Products For Shock-Absorbing Flooring, Etc.), Ensuring The Same Or A Higher Level Of Safety Compared To The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance No. 1 Of 12.01.2009 On The Conditions And Order For The Device And Safety Of Playgrounds. The Objects Subject To Periodic Control And Maintenance Are Indicated In Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification, And The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Specific Activities With A Contract Letter, Within The Contract Value. The Types Of Repair-Restoration And Installation Activities Are Described In Appendix No. 2 To The Technical Specification, Which Are Not Exhaustive And May Be Supplemented. The Scope Of The Repair - Restoration And Installation Activities Will Be Determined According To The Degree Of Necessity. The Specific Necessary Activities Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority And Assigned By Means Of A Letter Of Assignment, In Which An Appropriate Term For Their Performance Will Be Determined Depending On The Volume And Complexity Of The Planned Activities, Which Cannot Be Shorter Than 15 Calendar Days, Counted From Receipt Of The Letter Of Assignment, With The Exception Of Emergency Repairs, Where The Deadline For Securing Is Up To 24 Hours From The Submission Of The Signal. Due To Intensive Operation And Atmospheric Influences, It Is Necessary To Carry Out New Periodic Inspections And Ongoing Repair And Restoration Services On All 85 Units. Sites, And For The Objects Within The Warranty Period, The Activities Cover Only Control And Removal Of Damage Caused By Vandalism.
