The Main Activities For Which The Contractor Is Responsible Are The Following: Assistance To The Contracting Authority Regarding The Preparation Of The Necessary Correspondence Related To The Execution Of The Contract To The Df Agriculture; Preparation Of Documents In Connection With Reporting The Implementation Of The Project; Coordination Of The Document Flow During The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Within The Framework Of The Project; Assistance In The Implementation Of Documentary Checks, Including Checks Of Invoices And Other Documents Submitted By The Contractors Under The Contracts For The Implementation Of The Activities Provided For In The Project; Coordinates The Documentary Exchange Of Information Between The Contracting Authority, Df Agriculture And The Executors Of The Project Activities; Assists The Contracting Authority In Carrying Out On-Site Inspections By The Financing And Auditing Institutions; Assists The Contracting Authority In Reporting The Project To Df Agriculture At Each Stage Of Its Implementation; Prepares And Compiles Requests For Advance, Interim And Final Payment For The Project; Performs The Necessary Control And Review Of The Implementation Of The Planned Activities Within The Project; Performs Control And Review Of The Documentation During The Implementation Of Each Stage Of The Planned Smp; Assists The Contracting Authority In The Follow-Up Of The Processes In Connection With The Elimination Of Observed Remarks And Malfunctions During The Implementation Of The Smp.
