1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Thermal Energy With A Heat Carrier Hot Water For The Needs Of The St. St. Cyril And Methodius Su, The City Of Plovdiv. The Supply Of Thermal Energy With Hot Water As A Heat Carrier Should Be Carried Out For The Object - The Building Of Su St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Located At The Following Address: City Of Plovdiv, 31 Yavor Street. 2. The Term Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Or Until The Specified Funds Are Exhausted, In The Amount Up To The Value Of The Public Procurement Contract, Whichever Of The Two Conditions Occurs Earlier. Upon Expiration Of The Public Procurement Contract And Upon Availability Of Funds Under The Contract, The Period Of Validity May Be Extended Until The Value Of The Contract Is Exhausted, But Not More Than 6 (Six) Calendar Months. 3. The Contracting Authority May Apply The Provided Option To Extend The Term Of The Public Procurement Contract In The Presence Of Funds Under The Contract By Signing An Additional Written Agreement (Annex) On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. 4. The Public Procurement Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Conclusion.
