The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Repair Work On The Lobby On The First Floor In The Building Of The Second Primary School Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov, Varna And Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works To Improve The Operational Condition, Functionality And Aesthetic Appearance Of The Premises. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Necessary Construction And Assembly Works According To The Attached Bill Of Quantities (Bco), Including But Not Limited To: Dismantling Of Existing Linings, Suspended Ceilings, Window Frames, Metal Elements And Other Structural And Finishing Elements; Loading, Transportation And Removal Of Construction Waste To A Regulated Landfill; Implementation Of Plasterboard Cladding, Front Wall Structures, Suspended Ceilings And Accompanying Metal Structures; Restoration Of Walls And Ceilings By Means Of Plastering, Plastering, Priming And Painting; Restoration And Treatment Of Flooring, Including Sanding, Polishing, Impregnation And Laying Of New Flooring Where Provided; Supply And Installation Of Interior Elements, Doors, Skirting Boards And Other Finishing Products; Supply And Installation Of Lighting Fixtures And All Accompanying Installation Work; Execution Of All Finishing Works Necessary To Put The Object Into Normal Operation. The Contractor Should Provide The Necessary Materials, Mechanization, Manpower, Transport, Temporary Organization Of Work, Site Cleaning And Waste Removal, As Well As Perform All Activities Necessary For The Qualitative And Complete Execution Of The Repair According To The Technical Specification, Ccc, Current Regulatory Requirements And The Rules Of Good Construction Practice.
