The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply And Balancing Of Certain Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Sites Of The State Psychiatric Hospital - Tserova Koria, Connected At Medium And Low Voltage Level, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, By A Licensed Supplier Of Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso Ead, As Well As Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For The Following Sites: The Subject Of The Procurement Also Includes Administration Of The Amounts For The Normatively Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor In The Sense Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee /Rules For Trading In Electrical Energy/. The Price For The Supply Of 1 Mwh Of Net Electrical Energy Is Uniform For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night) And Is Formed From The Weighted Average Monthly Price For The Supply Of 1 Mwh Of Net Electrical Energy, According To The Hourly Consumption Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites And The Hourly Prices Of The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Of The Day Ahead Market Segment In Euros With Vat, Increased By The Fixed Allowance Proposed In The Participants Price Proposal.
