The Price For 1 Mwh Of Low-Voltage Active Electricity, Which Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority, Is Determined By Adding The Value Of The Surcharge Fixed For The Entire Term Of The Contract In Euros Without Vat To The Average Weighted Monthly Price For Base Load For The Reporting Month On The Day Ahead Market Of The Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange Ead For 1 Mwh Of Active Electricity In Euros Without Vat. The Participants Offer A Fixed Allowance For 1 Mwh, Which Cannot Exceed 5 Euros Without Vat. If One Or Two Bids Are Accepted For Evaluation, The Sum Of 5 Euros Will Be Used As A Basis For Comparison.
