2025/21 Concession Of The Reprographic Service And Sale Of Material For The University Community Of The University Of Barcelona And The Entities Of The Ub Group.Concession Of The Reprographic Service, Document Production, Binding And Other Document Handling Tasks For The University Community Of The University Of Barcelona And The Entities Of The Ub Group. The Object Also Includes The Marketing Of Different Types Of Material Addressed Only To The Students Of The University Of Barcelona And The Ub Group. The Pdi And The Ptgas Will Have To Purchase These Materials Through The Framework Agreement, Sda Or Corresponding Contract. Despite What Is Specified In The Previous Paragraph, The Concessions Located In The Facilities Of The University Of Barcelona Can Be Considered Equivalent To Approved Suppliers. This Equivalence Is Only Applicable When Once The Offer Is Received From The Supplier Approved By A Framework Agreement Or A Dynamic Procurement System, An Offer With A Better Quality-Price Ratio Is Obtained From The Concessionaire Of The University Of Barcelona. Part Of The Object Is The Provision Of The Following Services: 1. Reprographic Service2. Sale Of Basic Stationery Material3. Sale Of Specific Material Necessary For Academic Internships4. Sale Of Sanitary Clothes5. Sale Of Books6. Sale Of The Editorial Fund Of The Publications Unit Of The Ub7. Sale Of Merchandising Items Of The Corporate Image Unit Of The Ub8. Support For Teaching And Research Staff For The Use Of The Optical Reader. The Provision That Is The Object Of This Concession Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Indicated In The Technical Specifications.
