Alienation Through Auction Of Energy Savings Generated By The Metropolitan Area Of ​​Barcelona (Amb).The Object Of The Contract Is The Disposal By Public Auction Of Estimated Energy Savings For A Total Of 1,525,511 Mwh/Year Generated Or Obtained By The Energy Efficiency Actions Already Carried Out By Amb As Stated In The Present Clause And Detailed In The Technical Specifications. The Energy Savings Generated Well, With The Energy Efficiency Actions Mentioned Will Be Transferred To The Awardee, Obliged Subject Or Delegate, In Exchange Of An Economic Consideration Applicable To All Of Them, Regardless Of The Action Which Is Treated, And With The Full Translative Effect Inherent To The Purchase And Sale. To The Effects Of The Accreditation Procedure Before The Competent Authority, The Parties They Will Sign The Cae Agreement Planned For In Rd 36/2023, Of January 24, Establishing A System Of Energy Savings Certificates (Cae), Which Operates As An Administrative Instrument For Crediting The Translational Business. The Aforementioned Savings Are Cataloged In The Inventory Of The Amb As Intangible Heritage Assets, In Accordance With Article 7.2 Of The Law 33/2003, Of November 3, Of Public Administrations Assets (Hereinafter Lpap), Not Affected For General Use Or Public Service, And They Are Free Of Encumbrances.
