The Candidate Will Study The Programming Of A Data Center On All Or Part Of The 10,890M² Land Area, Testing Possible Compatibility Of The Project With Other Activities Which Could In Particular Bring Positive Externalities For The Groues District. As Such, The Candidate May, If He Deems It Relevant, As Part Of A Variant Of His Proposal, Study An Nesting Of The Data Center Above A Future Volume To Be Built Using The Land Reserve Of 3500 M² For Which He Will Propose The Programming, As Long As A Volume Of Depth And Superstructure Remains Reserved Up To A Height Of 6.00M.
