The Subject Of This Consultation Is A Contract For The Upkeep, Maintenance And Carrying Out Of Work Relating To Green Spaces And Automatic Watering Systems In The Paris La Défense Area. It Includes: A Part Paid At A Global And Fixed Price, Relating To: - The Routine And Scheduled Maintenance Of Green Spaces, In Compliance With The Principles Of Differentiated Management Defined By The Project Owner; - The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Automatic Watering Systems, Including The Monitoring, Adjustment And Maintenance In Good Working Order Of The Installations.A Part Paid For By Purchase Orders, Relating To The Carrying Out Of One-Off Work: - Work To Create, Requalify And Renew Green Spaces (Planting, Grassing, Development Of Flowerbeds, Soil Improvement, Etc.); - Work On Automatic Watering Systems (Extension, Modification, Renewal Or Optimization Of Installations). The Services Are Carried Out At The Request Of The Project Manager, As And When Required, Within The Framework Of Purchase Orders. The Contract Is Broken Down Into Two Distinct Lots:A Lot N°1 “Green Spaces”; A Lot No. 2 “Automatic Watering”. The Holders Of These Two Lots Are Required To Ensure Permanent Coordination, In Order To Guarantee The Consistency Of Interventions And The Good Condition Of The Planted Areas And The Watering Installations. As Such, They Must Transmit All Useful Information To Each Other, Report Without Delay Any Malfunction Likely To Impact Their Respective Services And Adapt Their Interventions Accordingly.
