The Firm Duration Of The Contract Is 13 Years (156 Months) From 01/01/2027. This Contract Takes Effect On 01/01/2027, For A Firm Duration Of 13 Years (156 Months) And Will End On December 31, 2039 With The Exception Of Residences Whose Meters Will Be Installed In 2030 (Effective Date January 1, 2030 For Sohp Cets And July 1, 2030 For Montrouge Water Meters) And For Which The Expiry Date Is Also Set For December 31, 2039. The Maximum Amount For The Duration Of The Contract Is €7,000,000 Excluding Tax. There Is No Minimum Amount. The Amount Of The Flat Rate Portion Is Included In The Maximum Amount.
