The Services Include In Particular:The Reception And Processing Of Visit Requests;The Management Of Reservations;The Planning And Coordination Of Visits;The Coordination With The Operators Of The Installations, The Holder Of The Transport Contract And Other Stakeholders Concerned;The Supervision Of The Team Of Guides;The Recruitment, Training And Monitoring Of Guides;The Preparation And Updating Of Animation Content In Connection With The Contracting Authority;Welcome Visitors;Conduct Educational Visits;Support For Groups;Administrative Monitoring Of The System;The Production Of Reports, Statistics And Activity Monitoring Tables.The Market Is Part Of The Awareness, Information And Communication Actions Carried Out By The Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine In Terms Of Prevention, Sorting, Of Valorization And Circular Economy.The Services Mainly Concern:-Reception And Processing Of Visit Requests;-Organization And Planning Of Visits;-Coordination With The Various Contacts;-Facilitation Of Visits;-Support For Visitors;-Management Of Schedules;-Production Of Statistics And Activity Reports;-Reporting Of Anomalies Observed On The Course Installations.
