The Purpose Of This Contract Is Maintenance, Preventive And Curative Maintenance, Repair, Troubleshooting, Towing, Pneumatic Services, As Well As The Preparation, Presentation And Monitoring Of Regulatory Technical Inspections At Approved Centers, For Vehicles, Machinery And Rolling Stock Of The City Of Montmagny. It Includes In Particular The Services Of Diagnosis, Routine Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Repair, Supply And Installation Of Spare Parts, Tires, Conveying, Troubleshooting, Making Appointments With Approved Technical Inspection Centers, Presenting Vehicles For Technical Inspections And Counter-Inspections, As Well As Transmitting Reports To The City. Regulatory Technical Inspections Are Carried Out By Approved Technical Inspection Centers. The Holder Ensures Their Organization And Monitoring, Unless He Himself Has An Approved Center Allowing Him To Carry Out These Checks Directly In Compliance With The Applicable Regulations.
