The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Delegated Social Management Mission Services For Seminor Staff. The Contract Includes The Processing Of Personal Data As Defined In This Document. The Latter Defines The Conditions Of Application Of The Regulations In Force, And In Particular Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 27, 2016 (Gdpr). Seminor Currently Outsources Payroll Management To A Firm Equipped With Silae Software. The Solution Selected Within The Framework Of This Contract Must Guarantee Compliance With The Regulations In Force, Allow Precise Social Reporting, Ensure The Complete Recovery Of Payroll Histories, And Be Capable Of Integrating New Legislative And Conventional Developments.
