The Project Consists Of Paving Works To Improve Access To The Monumental Scene Of La Pampilla, Commune Of Coquimbo, Which Prioritize Smoothness And Pedestrian Comfort, Therefore An Eventual Transit Of Service Or Assembly Vehicles Is Recommended, The Turning Of Wheels With A Stopped Vehicle And Sudden Braking Is Prohibited. The Works Have Been Designed Under Strict Criteria Of Universal Accessibility Law 20,422 And Ds 50 Minvu, Guaranteeing A Stable, Non-Slip And Bump-Free Surface For Mass Pedestrian Traffic. The Serviu 2018 Paving Standards Code Will Be Applied, Adapting The Mixtures And Controls To The Requirements Of An Esplanade For Public Use. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Execute The Works According To The Attached Plans And Technical Specifications. The Provisions Of The Technical Specifications Are The Minimum Bases For The Complete Execution Of The Project, With The Contracted Company Being Responsible For Verifying The Conditions On The Ground, Stock Of Materials, Professionals And Necessary Work Equipment, As Well As All The Conditions That Correspond To The Correct Execution And Delivery Of The Work.
