The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Preparation, Supply And Delivery Of Cold Meals Intended For The Citys Various Catering Services. The Services Concern The Following Audiences: - Children Welcomed At The Maison De La Petite Enfance Aged 0 To 3 Years Old; - Children Aged 2 To 5 Years Attending Nursery Schools And Leisure Centers; - Children Aged 6 To 11 Attending Elementary Schools And Leisure Centers; - Adults, In Particular Municipal Employees Benefiting From The Catering Service. The Services Include In Particular: - The Development Of Menus Adapted To Different Categories Of Guests; - Preparing Meals In Compliance With Nutritional Recommendations And Regulations Applicable To Collective Catering; - The Provision Of Meals Meeting The Specific Needs Of Young Children, Particularly In Terms Of Textures, Weights And Nutritional Balance; - Taking Into Account Special Diets, Allergies And Individualized Reception Protocols (Pai) Transmitted By The Community; - Packaging, Labeling And Traceability Of Foodstuffs; - Delivery Of Meals To The Various Community Sites While Respecting The Cold Chain; - The Transmission Of Information Relating To The Composition Of Meals, Allergens And The Origin Of Products In Accordance With The Regulations In Force. The Holder Undertakes To Provide Varied, Balanced And Quality Meals, Adapted To The Age Of The Guests And Prepared In Compliance With The Health, Nutritional And Environmental Requirements Applicable To Collective Catering. The Services Are Carried Out As And When The Needs Of The Community Are Met According To The Terms Defined In The Contract Documents.
