Scada Or Equivalent System – National Phasor Data System (Npds) Connected To International Phasor Data Exchange - National Synchrophasor Platform, Connected To The International Platform For Synchrophasor Data Exchange (Ipde). The Main Purpose Of This Project Is To Create A New Platform As An Extension Of The Existing National Platform And Connect It To The International Phasor Data Exchange (Located In Prague Within Ceps - Tso From The Czech Republic), An International Platform Used Jointly, Covering Extended Network Areas And Implicitly Cross-Border Network Trunks, With Access And Data Exchange Between Regional Interconnection Partners. The New Platform Will Be Created In A Redundant Structure And Will Ensure The Exchange Of Operational Data Between The Transport And System Operators From Romania, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria And Hungary With A High Level Of Security, For Monitoring The Operation And Analyzing Events Of Interest On Extended (Cross-Border) Electricity Transmission Mains. The New National Platform Will Allow The Collection And Processing Of Specific Data (Angle Differences, Node Voltages, Frequencies, Frequency Derivatives, Active And Reactive Power Circulations), In Safe Conditions And At A Reservation Level, With A Resolution Of The Order Of Milliseconds For Monitoring The Main Interconnected Mains For The Transport Of Electricity, As Well As Sharing Them Through The International Phasor Data Exchange (Ipde) With The Other Tsos In The Region With The Possibility Of Extended Stability Monitoring And Operational Safety Of The Interconnected Electrical System.
