The Purpose Of This Contract Is None Other Than To Ensure The Provision Of This Essential Public Service, Guaranteeing The Movement Of Workers From Their Location Of Residence To The Penitentiary Center In Conditions Of Maximum Security And Ensuring Their Integrity.
