By Accessing The Dedicated Section, Request For Clarifications/Questions/Communications At Least 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting The Offer. To The Extent That The Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information Were Addressed Within The Term Stipulated In The Participation Announcement, The Answers As Well As The Questions Related To The Award Documentation Will Be Published In S.E.A.P.
