The Project Concerns The Provision Of Specialized Technical Support Services And Strategic Technological Consulting To The National Library Of Greece (Nbh), With The Aim Of Strengthening The It Department, Ensuring The Smooth Operation Of Its It Infrastructure And The Implementation Of Its Digital Strategy. The Contractor Will Provide Daily User And Infrastructure Technical Support Services (Ad, M365, Proxmox, Azure, Etc.), Service Level Agreement (Sla) Monitoring, Remote Incident Resolution, As Well As Process Documentation And Training Materials. At The Same Time, He Will Have An Active Role In The Preparation Of The Digital Transformation Manual (Dtm) And Its Implementation, Through The Maturation And Technical Support Of Ict Projects. Also, The Contractor Will Provide Consulting Services For Managing Contracts (Licenses And Supplies) Of The It Department.
