The Subject Of Procurement Is One (1) Modern Pet Radiopharmaceutical Injector With Consumables. The Device Is Suitable For The Operating Environment Of The Department Of Clinical Physiology And Isotope Medicine At Central Finland Hospital Nova. The Acquired Device Automatically Doses And Injects Radiopharmaceuticals Used In Pet Imaging To Patients. The Device Replaces The Currently Used Pet Radiopharmaceutical Injector. Nova Hospital Is A Modern Operating Environment Where Pet Imaging Is A Central Part Of Cancer Diagnostics, Treatment Planning And Monitoring Of Treatment Response. Pet Imaging Is Also Used In The Diagnosis Of Inflammatory Diseases And, Among Other Things, For Imaging Parathyroid Glands. Pet Operations Are Located In Modern, But Space-Limited Facilities, Which Is Why The Radiopharmaceutical Injector Dose Preparations To Be Purchased Must Be Suitable For Efficient Use In A Compact Clinical Environment And Be Easily Portable And Available As Part Of The Daily Patient Process. The Unit Currently Conducts Approximately 1,000 Pet Examinations Per Year During Approximately 200 Examination Days. Research Volumes Have Increased In Recent Years, And The Growth Is Expected To Continue In The Future As Well. The Acquired Equipment Must Enable The Development Of Operations, Increase Research Volumes And The Introduction Of New Radiopharmaceuticals Without The Equipment Becoming A Bottleneck In Operations. The Radiopharmaceutical Injector Must Be Suitable For Automatic And Programmed Dosing And Injection Of At Least The Most Common Pet Radiopharmaceuticals, Such As 18F-Fdg, 18F-Psma And 18F-Fluorocholine. The Device Must Enable Safe, Reliable And Efficient Working In Such A Way That The Radiation Exposure Of Both Staff And Patients Is Minimized. The Acquired Equipment Must Support A Smooth Clinical Workflow And Enable Research Capacity To Be Increased In Accordance With Future Needs. The Devices Features Must Support A Digital And As Far As Possible Automated Operating Model. The Radiopharmaceutical Injector Must Be Connectable To The Hospitals Information And Network Environments And Enable Electronic Processing Of Examination And Dosing Data. The Device Must Meet All Valid Authority Requirements For Healthcare Devices And Be A Ce-Marked Medical Device. One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected As A Contractual Partner. A Procurement Contract Is Concluded For The Supply Of Consumables, Which Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years And Continues Indefinitely After The Fixed Contract Period.
