The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Distribution Channel, Which Does Not Exclude Distribution To The Polish Market And Ensures The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 9. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered Together With Operating Instructions For The Devices And Any Accompanying Software Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Order (Obtaining Full Functionality Indicated In Part Iv Of The Swz). If Licenses, Codes Or Other Permissions Are Required To Run And Use This Software, They Must Be Provided At No Additional Charge. Codes, Licenses And Other Permissions Must Also Be Provided When They Are Necessary To Run Or Configure Hardware Components. User Manuals, Drivers And Any Accompanying Software Must Be Provided When The As-Built Documentation Is Handed Over. 10. The Subject Of Delivery On The Day Of Preparation Of The Offer Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. 11. The Delivery Item Intended For Power Supply From The Power Grid Must Be Connected To It In Accordance With The Developed Electrical Installation Design, In Accordance With Part Iv Of The Swz. 12.
