The Lublin Center For Innovation And Technology (Hereinafter Referred To As Lcit) Was Entrusted With Conducting This Public Procurement Procedure On The Basis Of The Agreement Of June 8, 2026 Concluded Between The Regional Center For Social Policy In Lublin And The Lublin Center For Innovation And Technology, Regarding Entrusting The Preparation And Conduct Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Supply Of 10 Computer Sets (Laptop With A Bag, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 10 Computer Sets (Laptop With Bag, Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To: Deliver The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract: To The Building Of The Marshals Office Of The Lublin Voivodeship In Lublin, Ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin; On Your Own, At Your Own Expense And Risk; During Umwl Office Hours, I.E. From 7.30 A.M. To 3.30 P.M. On Working Days. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment Together With: Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Prepared In Polish, Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use Or To Indicate The Manufacturers Publicly Available Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation. If The Operating Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Allow The Manual/Documentation In English; With All Accessories Included In The Sales Set. 5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Declares That The Equipment Offered On The Day Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Brand New, High-Quality Equipment Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards And Covered By A Warranty. 8. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Of At Least 36 Months For The Delivered Subject Of The Order. The Maximum Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment Included In The Evaluation Of Offers Is 60 Months. The Period Of The Warranty Provided By The Contractor Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In The Proceedings In Question. 9. The Contractor, Regardless Of The Warranty, Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Equipment. 10. The Warranty Does Not Exclude, Limit Or Suspend The Ordering Partys Rights Arising From The Provisions Of The Law On Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Equipment. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Exercise The Rights Under The Warranty For Defects, Regardless Of The Rights Arising From The Warranty. 11. Detailed Information Regarding The Warranty And Service Is Included In §9. Warranty And Service Conditions In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Implementation Are Described In The Annex
