In Order To Initially Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure And The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion From The Procedure, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors Own Declaration To Be Submitted Along With The Offer In The Form Of The Single European Procurement Document (Spd). In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, The Jedz Form Must Be Submitted By Each Of The Contractors Applying For The Contract.
