The Object Of The Procurement Is An Independently Functioning Wireless Access Control System And Related Installation, User Training, Service And Maintenance Work. The Procurement Also Includes All Necessary Software, Licenses, System Components, Door Environment Connection Work, Handover Documentation, System Configuration, Specification And Programming Work. The Acquired System Does Not Replace Other Access Control Systems Used By The Subscribers, But The System Is Intended To Be Used Alongside Them And As A Complementary Solution. The System Is To Be Procured At Least During The Contract Period For The University Social Security Station In Kaup, Which Will Be Completed. The Fixed Prices For The Systems To Be Installed At The University Health And Safety Station In Kaupi Are Requested By Tender Based On The Door Information (Appendix 8) And The Contract Limit Appendix (Appendix 9) Attached To The Tender. Kaups University Health And Safety Station Does Not Have Its Own Contract Limit Appendix, But The Same Contract Limits As Described In Appendix 9 For The Y-Building Are Followed. The System Is Installed In In The Building To Door Environments With Ready-Made Cabling Implemented In A Star. During The Contract Period, The System Can Also Be Purchased For Other Buildings Of The Subscribers, And For That, The Unit Prices For The Components/Parts Of The System And The Installation Work Are Requested Separately In The Request For Tenders. The Requirements Set For The System Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 7 Requirements Specification. One Of The Most Economically Advantageous Suppliers Is Selected As The Contract Partner. The Basis Of The Overall Economic Advantage Is The Best Offer In Terms Of Price-Quality Ratio. The Contract For Procurement Is Concluded For A Continuous Fixed-Term Contract Period Until 31 December 2028. The Aim Is To Start The Contract Period As Soon As Possible After The Procurement Decision Becomes Law. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract Period With An Option Period Valid Until Further Notice. However, The Procurement Is Tendered At Regular Intervals In Accordance With The Procurement Act.
