The Service Includes: • Preparation Of The Main Project For Obtaining A Building Permit, • Obtaining All Necessary Certificates From Public Law Bodies, • Participation In The Process Of Obtaining A Building Permit Until It Becomes Final, • Preparation Of An Executive Project For All Professions, • Preparation Of Cost Estimates For Works And Investment Estimates. The Designer Is Obliged To Design The Building In Accordance With The Conceptual Solution, Special Conditions, Connection Conditions, Valid Laws, Regulations And Rules Of The Profession.
