The Client Intends To Renovate Or Build A New Water Pipe Including House Connections, Combined Sewers And Rainwater Sewers In The Entire Oberroßbach District. The Engineering Service To Be Commissioned Includes The Services Of The Service Profiles For Engineering Structures And Traffic Systems, Each In Lph 1-9. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. The Details Can Be Found In The Draft Contract. In The Oberroßbach District, The Combined Sewer, The Rainwater Sewer And The Water Supply Including House Connections Are To Be Renovated. If, During The Course Of The Planning, It Emerges That Parts Of These Properties Or The Entire Property Can No Longer Be Renovated, A Corresponding New Building Must Be Implemented. No Road Construction Should Take Place. The Client Intends To Renovate The Streets By 2040 As Part Of A Village Renewal. The Road Surfaces Must Be Closed Again After The Pipeline Construction.
