Project Management Services Other Than For Construction Work – Integrated Overall Project Management Of The Elevate Real Laboratories For Rural Local Supply (Rl1) And Municipal Laboratory Logistics (Rl2). Integrated Overall Project Management As A Service For The Real Laboratories Rl1 Rural Local Supply In Wusterhausen/Dosse And Rl2 Municipal Laboratory Logistics In Berlin. The Contractor Takes Over The Overall Control, The Interface Management To The Separately Commissioned Drone Operators, Cooperation Partners And Local Actors As Well As Reporting, Risk And Milestone Management. For Rl1, The Service Also Includes The Setup And Operation Of The Ground-Based Ordering, Scheduling, Goods Handling And Fallback Processes Including The Online Ordering Platform, On-Site Staff And Contact Point.
