The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment On Playgrounds Owned By The Commune Of Suwałki. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Brand New Playground And Recreational Equipment, 2) Performance Of The Necessary Preparatory Work, 3) Installation Of The Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Principles Resulting From Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Safety Standards; If It Is Necessary To Lay Foundations For The Equipment, The Contractor Shall Ensure Their Construction On His Own, 4) Tidy Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works, Dispose Of Any Waste Generated (E.G. Sand) At His Own Expense, 5) Provide A Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Equipment Elements, 6) Construction Of A Safe Zone For The Installed Devices In Accordance With The Pn-En 1177 Standard. 5. All Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Standard Or Equivalent. The Devices Must Be Made Of Materials Resistant To Weather Conditions. 6. The Structural Elements Of The Devices Must Be Made Of Galvanized Steel, Protected Against Corrosion And Powder Coated, In Colors Resistant To Uv Rays And Weather Conditions. This Requirement Is Intended To Ensure Durability, Corrosion Resistance And Long-Term Safety Of Use In Public Spaces. 7. All Devices Must Be Intended For Public Use, Have Appropriate Certificates And Comply With Polish Standards And Safety Conditions Specified In The Provisions On General Product Safety. 8. The Contractor Should Have The Following Documents: 1) Information Identifying The Manufacturer (Or Importer) Of The Devices; 2) Technical Documentation (Information About The Design Of The Device, Its Dimensions, Materials Used, Paints And Varnishes, Recommended Spare Parts, Method Of Assembly); 3) Operation And Maintenance Instructions For The Constructed Devices; 4) Instructions For Use Of All Constructed Devices; 5) Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Equipment With The Standards Pn-En 1176, Pn-En 1177 Or Equivalent. 9. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Words.
