The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A Set Of Insurance Services For The Contracting Authority, Or For The Central Contracting Authority And Authorizing Contracting Authority Defined In Paragraph 1.1 Of The Procurement Documentation. Insurance Services Include Movable And Immovable Property Insurance And Liability Insurance. The Procurement Procedure Is Carried Out By The Contracting Authority Both On Its Own Account And Also In The Position Of The Central Contracting Authority According To § 9 Paragraph 1 Letter B) Zzvz For The Account Of The Authorizing Contracting Authorities Listed In Paragraph 1.1 Of The Procurement Documentation. In Accordance With The Contract On Centralized Procurement, The Contract For The Performance Of The Public Contract With The Selected Supplier As The Insurer Will Be Concluded Exclusively By The Central Contracting Authority As The Policyholder, Including For The Account Of The Authorizing Contracting Authorities. The Insured Will Therefore Be The Central Contracting Authority And The Authorizing Contracting Authorities According To Paragraph 1.1 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority Points Out That During The Duration Of The Contract Concluded On The Basis Of This Public Contract, As A Result Of The Ongoing Restructuring Of The Central Contracting Authority, Teplárny Brno, A.S., Transfers Of Movable And Immovable Property Between Insured Companies Can Be Assumed, Or At Least Cannot Be Ruled Out, Or Changes In The Business Companies Of The Central Contracting Authority Or Authorizing Contracting Authorities; A Transfer To Another Person Within The Group Of The Central Contracting Authority Cannot Be Ruled Out Either. These Transfers Or Any Changes In Business Companies Will Not Affect The Amount Of The Agreed Insurance Premium Or The Rights And Obligations Arising From The Contract Concluded With The Selected Supplier On The Basis Of This Public Contract.
