The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services, Maintenance Of Cleanliness And The Hygienic And Sanitary Condition Of Sports Facilities Of The University Of Environmental And Life Sciences In Wrocław Together With Adjacent Areas, Divided Into Two Facilities: 1) Facility No. 1 - Multifunctional Hall Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology At Ul. Chełmońskiego 43 In Wrocław: • Internal Cleaning Area: 2,980 M², • External Cleaning Area: 340 M². 2) Facility No. 2 - Indoor Swimming Pool Upwr At Ul. Chełmońskiego 43A In Wrocław: • Internal Cleaning Area: 910 M², • External Cleaning Area: 50 M². 1) The Detailed Scope Of Activities, The Frequency Of Their Performance, Requirements Regarding The Organization Of The Service, Cleaning Standards, The Means And Equipment Used, As Well As The Method Of Performing Individual Works Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As: Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order (Which Includes Object No. 1 And Object No. 2). 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. 7. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Terms Of Reference. 8. The Order Must Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors.
