The Subject Of This Contract Is Construction Work In The Villages Of Rochovce, Slavošovce And Čierna Lehota - The Construction Of A New Sewage System For Sewage And Rainwater Drainage With A Common Wastewater Treatment Plant Located In The Cadastral Territory Of The Village Of Rochovce According To The Conditions And Requirements Specified In Part B_Contractual Conditions Of The Tender Documents And Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Subject Of The Contract Or Construction). 2. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract - Within 36 Months From The Start Of The Implementation Of The Work (Takeover Of The Construction Site), Of Which 24 Months (The Construction Period For The Implementation Of Sewage And Wwtp) And 12 Months (Trial Operation For The Wwtp). 3. Place Of Implementation - The Construction Site Is Located In The Inner And Outer Suburbs Of The Villages Of Rochovce, Slavošov-Ce And Čierna Lehota In The Rožňava District. 4.
