Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Planned Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Existing Building Located At Ul. Piotrkowska 258/260 In Łódź. The Subject Of The Order Is Preparation Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Full Inter-Industry Coordination For The Planned Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Existing Building For The Task Titled: Adaptation Of The Existing Building Located At Ul. Piotrkowska 258/260 In Łódź For Administrative And Office Needs Along With Land Development. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Studies Necessary To Prepare And Conduct Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works And To Perform The Works In Accordance With Applicable Law. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractors Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), I.E. Persons Performing Design And Coordination Activities, If They Are Performed Under The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. 4. Method Of Verifying The Employment Of The Persons Referred To In Section 6, The Employers Rights To Control Whether The Contractor Or Subcontractor Meets The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of These Persons Under An Employment Relationship And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Inspection Of The Facility To Which The Subject Of The Order Relates In Order To Become Familiar With Its Technical Condition And Conditions Affecting The Preparation Of The Offer And Execution Of The Order. The On-Site Visit Is Optional, And Failure To Carry It Out Does Not Constitute A Basis For Rejecting The Offer Nor May It Constitute A Basis For Filing Claims Against The Ordering Party Resulting From Ignorance Of The Terms Of Contract Execution. 6.
