Subject Of The Order: 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive Servicing Of Printing Devices Used In The District Court In Łódź And District Courts In The Following Locations: • District Court In Łódź: - Pl. Dąbrowskiego 5 In Łódź, Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - Ul. Narutowicza 64 In Łódź, - Ul. Wydawnicza 10 In Łódź, - Ul. Łagiewnicka 54/56 In Łódź (I Ozss Łódź) - Ul. Kopernika 16 In Skierniewice (Ii Ozss Skierniewice) • District Court In Brzeziny: - Ul. Waryńskiego 32, - Ul. Waryńskiego 34, • District Court In Łęczyca: - Ul. M. Konopnicka 16, • District Court In Rawa Mazowiecka: - Ul. Zamkowa Wola 31, - Ul. Kościuszki 17, • District Court In Łowicz: • - Ul. Kaliska 1/3. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Commissioning And Maintenance Of A Comprehensive Service System For Printing And Copying Devices, Inspections, Repairs And Maintenance, Delivery And Installation Of Additional Printing Devices And Replacement Of Consumables As Part Of A Fee Calculated On The Basis Of The Number Of Prints Made. 1.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of Printing Devices, Including Their Repair, Maintenance And Inspection; B) Providing And Maintaining By The Contractor, Based On The Ordering Partys Servers, A System Enabling: • Monitoring, Through A Remote Monitoring System, The Consumption Of Consumables For Individual Printing Devices Covered By The Contract, Using Software Installed At The Ordering Party, For Which The Contractor Will Grant The Ordering Party User/Administrator Rights For The Entire Period Covered By The Contract; • Reporting The Number Of Prints For Individual Printing Devices Covered By The Contract - Via The Reporting Subsystem Covering All The Ordering Partys Devices Covered By This Contract; 1.4. Providing The Ordering Party With Continuous Access Via A Web Browser To The Contractors Website Enabling Viewing Of Monitored Devices And Generated Reports; 1.5. The Contractors Analysis Of The Consumption Of Consumables Of The Ordering Partys Printing Devices (Depending On The Device Technology) And, On This Basis, Their Smooth Delivery (Except For Paper); 1.6. Collection And Disposal Of Used Parts And Consumables; 1.7. The Above Activities Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor As Part Of A Monthly Fee: A) Including The Cost Of Printing One A4 Page - Unified For All Devices And The Ordering Party, According To The Following Provision; B) Calculated On The Basis Of The Number Of Prints Made And Reported To The Contractors Website. 2. General Requirements 2.1. The Volume Of Prints/Copies Estimated By The Ordering Party In All Locations And On All Devices In Total, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Under The Order, Is 19,620,000 Pages Of A4 Format (545,000 X 36 Months) - Including Both Prints Of A4 And A3 Pages, Where One Page Of An A3 Copy Will Be Counted As Two Copies Of Forms.
