Architectural And Related Services – Stein Gymnasium – Multiple Sports Hall; Service Object Planning Services Of The Service Profile Buildings And Interiors According To §§ 33 Ff. Hoai In Conjunction With Annex 10 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9. The Fürth District Intends To Carry Out A General Renovation Of The Associated Triple Sports Hall At The Stein High School. In Addition To The Three-Wing School Complex With A Central Auditorium, The High School In Stein Consists Of A Triple Sports Hall As Well As The Caretakers Apartment And The Technical Building. The School Building Was Renovated For Energy Efficiency From 2017 To 2024. The Existing Sports Hall Was Built From 1984 To 1987 As A Triple Sports Hall. The Sports Hall Has Been In Operation For 38 Years And Is Now To Be Renovated In One Construction Phase.
