The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And From Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes Located In The Jaworze Commune In 2027. The Collection And Management Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Municipal Waste, Levels Of Municipal Waste Storage And Levels Of Reduction In The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Storage, In Accordance With Applicable Law - Including The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), The Waste Management Plan For The Silesian Voivodeship And The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Jaworze Commune And The Resolution Of The Jaworze Commune Council On The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste, In Exchange For A Municipal Waste Management Fee Paid By The Property Owner. The Order Provides For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential And Non-Residential Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes In The Jaworze Commune, Together With Their Management In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.
