Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Offer Of Cooperation On Operation And Delivery Of Inspected Driving (Passenger Transport). Dragør And Tårnby Municipalities Jointly Offer Contracts Regarding Cooperation On The Operation And Delivery Of Municipal Transport For Citizens Who Have Been Searched For Passenger Transport, Either As A Fixed, Route-Based Transport Or As A Variable Transport. More Specifically, The Offer Includes The Following Types Of Driving: • Driving Citizens To The Day Care Center Where There Is A Fixed Driving Pattern. This Is A Regular Scheduled Service. • Driving Children To School Where There Is A Fixed Driving Pattern. This Is A Regular Scheduled Service. • Driving Citizens To Rehabilitation Where There Is A Variable Driving Pattern. This Is About Driving That Is Ordered From Time To Time Or As Fixed Orders Of Variable Driving For A Longer Period. • Driving Citizens To Dental Care Where There Is A Variable Driving Pattern. It Is A Matter Of Driving That Is Ordered From Time To Time. Excluded From The Tender Are The Transport Of Citizens By Taxi, Where There Is A Fixed Driving Pattern, As Well As Transport To Institutions Etc. (E.G. Schools) That Are Located Outside Dragør And Tårnby Municipalities, As These Runs Are Covered By Other Contracts. From The Start Of The Contract, The Tenderer Must Have Administrative And Planning Resources To Carry Out The Winning Driving Task. The Tenderer Must Therefore Have Wagons And Drivers To Carry Out The Winning Driving Task From The Start Of Operations. Prior To The Start Of Operations And Continuously During The Contract Period, The Tenderer Will Have Access To Additional Information For Use In The Concrete Planning Of The Operation. Implementation Takes Place In The Municipalities According To The Plans For Implementation Agreed With The Winning Tenderer. The Municipalities Expect That The Majority Of The Driving Will Have Started From 1 October 2026. There Is One Winner Of The Tender, But The Municipalities Will Each Enter Into An Individual Contract With The Winning Bidder. The Contracts Entered Into With The Municipalities Are Identical And Based On The Contract In The Tender Documents. The Tendered Contract Is Designed As A Formal-Relational Contract, Where The Municipality And Supplier Undertake A Close And Trust-Based Cooperation With A View To Achieving Common Goals Of Quality In The Driving Task, Continuity In Driving And Staffing, Operational And Supply Security And Cost Efficiency. The Contract Is Based On Mutual Dialogue, Ongoing Coordination And Shared Responsibility To Optimize The Results Of The Contract Within The Set Framework.
