The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Water Rescue And First Aid Services At The Facility Of Fabryka Wody Sp. Z O. O. In Szczecin, Located At Ul. 1 Maja 41 In Szczecin. 2. For The Purposes Of Implementing This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Least: • 1 Person Responsible For The Control And Supervision Of The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Who Will Act As The Coordinator, • 30 People With Water Lifeguard Qualifications Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of People Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended). The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Function Of The Coordinator Cannot Be Combined With The Function Of A Rescuer In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. At Least 6 Of The Above. Persons Directed By The Contractor To Carry Out The Order Must Have Experience As A Lifeguard Of At Least 3 Years. All Of The Above Persons Directed By The Contractor To Complete The Order Must Be Fluent In Polish. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Is Obliged - Before Concluding The Contract - To Provide The Above Information On The Form Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3.
