The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Legal Advisory Services In Road Projects Implemented In The A1, A2 And A4 Motorway Corridors. [Special Service]. The Contractors Tasks Will Include: A) Ongoing Support Of The Ordering Party In Contractual Relations With Motorway Concessionaires In The A1, A2 And A4 Corridor (Including: Preparation Of Negotiation Positions, Participation In Negotiations Regarding Changes To Concession Agreements), B) Legal Advice In The Implementation Of Road Investments, C) Legal Assessment Of Materials Provided By The Ordering Party And Representatives Of Other Entities Indicated By The Ordering Party, Including In Particular Other Public Administration Bodies And Other External Advisors The Ordering Party, With Particular Emphasis On The Need To Reduce Risks And Threats For The Ordering Party, D) Participation In The Preparation Or Assessment Of Loan Agreements, Financial Obligation Security Agreements, Settlement Agreements In The Event Of Invalidity Of Direct Contracts Between The State Treasury, Companies And Financing Entities, E) Legal Advice In Conducting Negotiations Of Contracts And Agreements On The Content Of Documents Related To Road Projects, F) Preparing Written Legal Opinions In The Scope Related To The Implementation Of Road Projects, G) Legal Advice In Conducting Proceedings Based On International Support Agreements And Mutual Protection Of Investments, H) Preparing Draft Amendments To Contracts For The Construction, Construction And Operation Or Only Operation Of A Motorway, I) Representing Gddkia Before Courts, State And Local Government Administration Bodies And Before Other Offices And Institutions, Including European And International Institutions, In The Scope Of Proceedings Conducted, Unless This Is Contrary To The Provisions Of The Act On The General Prosecutors Office. The Number Of Working Hours Covered By The Order Is: 3,000 But Not Less Than 160 Hours. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts, Because Due To The Specificity Of The Project, The Subject Matter Of The Order Is Indivisible; Constitutes An Integral Whole And Should Be Implemented By One Entity. One Entity Must Participate At All Stages Of The Process To Prepare Contract Documents Reliably And With Due Diligence In Legal Terms And To Pursue One, Consistent Policy Towards All Private Partners. This Is Due To The Fact That One Of The Main Obligations Of The Contractor Is To Provide Ongoing Support To The Ordering Party In Contractual Relations With The Motorway Concessionaires In The A1, A2 And A4 Corridor (Including: Preparation Of Negotiating Positions, Participation In Negotiations Regarding Changes To Concession Agreements).
